In 2016 the opportunity was offered to us to purchase this historic property. We jumped enthusiastically into one of the best projects. This historic home has remarkable history that was preserved during construction such as light posts from Fort Moultrie, framing timbers and door windows from the Ferry Boat Commodore Perry. The construction collaboration of the old characteristics with the new designs were inspiring to experience. That’s what I love most about custom building, no project is the same.
